How much will my project cost?
We start with a free discovery call, break your project into features, and estimate the total development time. Your cost depends on the estimated project duration and the plan that applies to it. For example: we plan in months of 31 days each. If your project has 43 features, that's 43 × 2 days = 86 days of development. That needs about 3 months on the plan — €3,000 total at €1,000/month (Standard).
How do you estimate the timeline?
We list all required features and estimate the work needed for each one. Most standard features are planned around a 48 hour delivery cycle.
What if I pay for a month but only need a few extra days of work?
Unused development days are not lost. Any remaining days are saved and can be used later for updates, improvements, maintenance, or future work.
What if I do not want to keep the remaining days?
If preferred, remaining work can be completed through individual feature requests at €250 per feature instead of subscribing for another full month.
What if I only need one feature?
We offer single feature delivery for smaller updates, maintenance, or one-off requests at €250 per feature.
Do revisions count as a feature?
No. Revisions do not count as a feature. Every feature includes unlimited revisions until it is approved.
Are there refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied during the first month of work, we offer a 100% refund.
What is not included?
Unless agreed otherwise, the following are not included: • Hosting and infrastructure • Third party API or software license costs • Content creation such as copywriting, photography, or video
