How is the project price calculated?
Development pricing is defined per project. We estimate the scope and duration and include the total price in the proposal before work starts.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. The payment schedule is agreed per project and can be weekly, monthly, or divided into blocks of weeks. Only the first agreed payment must be made before development starts.
What happens if the project takes longer?
If the project takes longer than estimated because of our side, you do not pay extra for that additional development time. The price agreed in the proposal remains the same.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Every proposal states a full refund window at the start of development. Cancellations within that window are fully refunded. After it closes, completed weeks are charged proportionally.
What does the €50 vibe-coded app audit cover?
We review code quality, security, database structure, authentication, scalability, deployment setup, and maintainability, then explain the risks and recommended next steps.
What happens after an app audit?
The audit is a one-off service with no obligation to continue. If you want us to fix, improve, or rebuild the app, we prepare a separate development proposal.
What does IT support cover?
Prepaid support hours can be used for remote assistance, updates, maintenance, and website and cloud upkeep. Unlimited support is quoted according to the system and expected request volume.
Are cloud services and third-party costs included?
No, unless your proposal says otherwise. Hosting, domains, business email, servers, third-party APIs, software licences, paid tools, copywriting, photography, video, branding, and marketing are separate.
