How does onboarding work?
Book a free call and we'll map out your project together, feature by feature. Once you subscribe, we'll add you to your own private Trello board within an hour. From there, you can track progress in real time, manage your queue, and submit new requests. You'll receive an invite to the board as soon as you're set up.
How fast will I receive my work?
Most features are delivered within 48 hours. Larger requests like full pages or complex functionality are broken down on our end and delivered in parts, so you can expect steady progress every 24-48 hours until the entire request is complete.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
No. Once subscribed, you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they'll be delivered one by one.
How does the pause feature work?
You pay monthly. If you need a break, just pause your subscription. When you're ready to come back, unpause and pick up right where you left off. No penalties, no lost progress.
How do you handle larger requests?
Larger requests are broken down on our end into manageable features. This applies to full websites, web apps, mobile apps, ecommerce stores, and more. You'll receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire project is done.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is paid separately and depends on your project's needs. We'll recommend the best setup for your case and handle the full configuration for you. It's billed based on usage so you only pay for what you actually need.
How do I submit requests?
Through your private Trello board. You can add requests directly, attach references or files, set priorities, and track the status of everything in one place.
What if I don't like the result?
Every task comes with unlimited revisions. We'll keep iterating until it matches exactly what you had in mind.
What if I only have a single request?
No problem. You can subscribe, get your request delivered, and then pause or cancel your subscription. Simple as that.
Are there any refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first week, we offer a full 100% refund. No questions asked.
Can I use this for just a month?
